They definitely care very much about keeping their customers happy and taken care of. I bought a Subaru crosstrek here 6 months ago that had 101k miles on it, put about 15k more on it and the trans went out. They went out of their way to fix my transmission at a VERY affordable price. They also gave me a free loaner car to drive around in the meantime and went the extra mile to wash my dirty car before I picked it up. If you buy a Subaru most definitely get their warranty. It’s very much worth it and I still have another 30k miles of coverage if there’s any other issues. As hesitant as I was to buy a car that was not a clean title, BK motors really does go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of regardless. Thanks so much especially to Sam for being kind and helpful.

Phenomenal place. Literally chose a car within like 30 minutes! So many good options to choose from, too. We met with Austin and he was so upfront about everything. He didn’t try to persuade us into anything, he was very honest and easy to work with, also just super friendly and nice to talk to! The process was all so easy, he was so accommodating, answered all our questions thoroughly. I was dreading buying a car but I was instantly excited when I got there, it was the easiest and fastest process ever too!! Such an amazing place, I would HIGHLY recommend considering if you are looking to buy a car from a real quality dealership. so thankful for the experience I had and so excited about my great new car! :)

We had a wonderful experience working with Austin Martin at BK Motors! He was very up front about everything, wasn’t trying to convince us about anything, and we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision either way! He was ready and willing to support any decision that we would have made. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the same day we test drove. We LOVE our new car and would 10/10 recommend BK Motors to anyone! Thank you, Austin!

We bought a Subaru Outback, beautiful car and we loved it just that we are getting older and wanted something higher and easier to get in and out of. They had a Forrester we were interested in and the price was the same as the Outback. We had the Outback 3 weeks and they didn't hesitate to take it back even up for the Forrester. Taxes is the only thing we lost and even then when they handled the title with SOS the taxes were $180 less so they sent us a check. I don't believe I would have known that if they didn't send the check. Honest, friendly a car company with integrity. Exactly what everyone else says, low pressure sales, full discloser and stand behind what they sell. I will be back again, with as many friends and family as I can. Big believer in what they are doing and how they go about it. Thank you to Austin and the entire crew.

I purchased a 2019 suburu crosstrek at the end of July and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! Austin was very attentive and listened to any concerns I had before purchasing the vehicle. He made the process extremely easy and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 experience!

Drove two and a half hours after seeing a listing on Facebook marketplace to look at a couple of Crosstreks, while on the lot, saw a Forester that I hadn't seen online and was able to test drive both with no issues. No-pressure sales team made the looking at different models very low stress. Both sales associates were helpful and kind, had a great conversation with Austin while in the process of purchasing and was completely painless. Did not try to upsell to get more out of you and very attentive and transparent. Had never considered re-built title vehicles, but now I believe that will be the way I buy for the rest of my driving life. Ended up going with the Crosstrek, but will keep them in mind for upgrades in the future! There is a very minor issue with the driver's side lock, and they are fixing it with no hassle!
